TCP Homecare’s Logistics Department offers a unique supply chain solution in Irish healthcare. The company provides a quality-driven, cold chain and ambient logistics service for pharmaceutical products requiring distribution direct to patient or pharmacy. The business service includes:
- Temperature controlled warehousing
- Picking and packing in a temperature-controlled environment
- Track ‘n Trace of product using GS1 bar code labels
- Pharmacy services including dispensing and pharmacovigilance
- Own fleet of temperature controlled vehicles
- Fully regulated Sharps Bin Waste Management and Collection Service

Elaine Condon
Managing Director, TCP Homecare
Elaine Condon is a pharmacy graduate from Trinity College Dublin with more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Following graduation Elaine commenced her career in GSK, working across a number of departments and in a variety of roles including medical, marketing and quality assurance. Responsibilities included medical support to the commercial division, market compliance and product release and she carried out both QP and RP functions. She subsequently held several senior roles within the pharma industry service provider Allphar, including Customer and Technical Services Manager, Commercial Director and Corporate Business Development Director, working closely with a large portfolio of pharmaceutical client companies, supporting and developing their businesses in Ireland. Elaine joined the TCP Group as Managing Director in 2014. Home healthcare is the fastest-growing sector in the healthcare industry. TCP is an experienced, well-established, patient focussed and quality-driven homecare organisation. TCP’s range of services and extensive expertise in-home nursing, dispensing, logistics, compliance programs, and clinical waste management firmly positions TCP as the market leader in the provision of homecare services in Ireland.
Padraig Duff
Commercial Director, TCP Homecare
Padraig Duff is a Science graduate of UCD with 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. During his 5 years as Hospital Manager with Lederle & Wyeth Labotatories he gained essential experience in antibiotics, biologicals, and oncology. He later went on to serve as General Manager of Organon Laboratories in Ireland for 3 years. Padraig is a founder member of TCP Homecare and co-developed the first homecare company specialising in the total turnkey solution for hospital care in the home. He successfully developed the first Electronic Patient Management System for the scheduling of nursing visits and digitalised reports back to the treating physicians. Padraig works very closely with Client Companies developing Patient-Centric Services; looking at new ways of engaging with Patients to offer the highest quality of Nursing Care and ensuring on-going support to maximize the Patient compliance/adherence to treatment. This includes the development of new novel IT / Digital solutions which enhances the Patients’ experience. TCP Homecare’s key focus is building services around the patient and ensuring the best possible Patient experience whilst being managed by any of TCP Homecare’s services.
Dr. Claire Keane
Medical Director, TCP Homecare
Dr. Clare Keane is the Medical Director for TCP Homecare. Clare has over 30 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. She graduated from UCC originally with a degree in Social Science. This was followed by additional qualifications in both nursing and clinical Psychology. Clare’s experience has spanned both Ireland and the United States, incorporating both the hospital and community setting. On moving to the United States, Clare decided to pursue Medical training. She attended UCLA and graduated with her MD in 2004, followed by residency training in Internal Medicine which saw her graduate in 2007. She then completed her Board certification exams and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. On return to Ireland in 2007, Clare decided to pursue opportunities related to bringing clinical care to the home/community. She was involved with the initial rollout of a Hospital in the Home service for a private insurer. She subsequently joined TCP in 2011 where her current role encompasses setup/Implementation and Clinical Governance for the organisation across multiple contracts in both the private and public sectors.
